Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. We also accept direct bank transfer / Easypaisa. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in Pakistan.
How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout — a flat rate of ₨250 applies per order.
What is your return & exchange policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Read our full Refund & Exchange Policy.
